The HAK: Self-extracting .exe (12.2 MiB)
The PWC: Self-extracting .exe (143.1 MiB)

Instructions:
Place me-hak.exe to your My Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2\hak folder and run.
Place Middle_Earth_Arnor.exe to your My Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2\pwc folder and run.

Do note that using WorldGate is the recommended way of dealing with things, these files are provided only as a backup method of getting up to date. (Assuming these files are themselves up to date.)
